A collection of misc. annual events I've done during my tenure at
the Doubletree by Hilton, San Jose, CA.
Role: Managed the entire banquet staff to ensure the high-quality execution of large receptions and events involving food service and room setups. Served as a liaison between the banquet service staff and the kitchen staff and assisted management operations.
Event: The GMS Program is a unique partnership in which partner organizations all work toward the shared goal of making it possible for deserving minority students who have exceptional merit, but limited means, to attend the nation’s best colleges and universities.
Event: Valle Monte League is a volunteer organization dedicated to raising funds that provide and promote better mental health in the community through mental health agencies. Since 1957, Christmas Tree Elegance, has been their premier fundraiser to raising funds that provide and promote better mental health in Silicon Valley community.
Event: Working in tech is not just about coding. It’s about all aspects of your career. Get support from the community of women working in technology. We’ll pave the way with hands-on tech workshops, discussions about trending topics in tech, and information on thriving through tech career phases and facets. WITS connects women working on the business and technical sides of the industry. The conference brings together women at every level, from students to senior executives, to connect, educate and inspire through events across the United States.
